Wealth & Success VIP Dinner

I am involved with a company called IT WORKS and last night I was invited to a working dinner party. The attire was "after five" and I was a little worried about what I was going to wear considering my bump but I was able to pull something together for less. J C Penny has good quality clothes and they're always having a sale so I knew I would find something nice for this event. My dress was originally $60 which is steep for me but it was 30% off and then right before my eyes the sale's associate came and switched the sale sign to 50% off! At first I thought the sale was over but she explained to me every friday from 3pm- saturday 1pm is there door buster sale where all merchandise in the store goes on sale 50-70% off. So my dressed was only $30 and I was able to use a coupon and purchase other items. This was a life saver for me and maybe JCP can help you in the midst of a crunch time. lol

Forman Mills Trendy

I like to think of myself as a "hot mama" since I been pregnant and I feel its only right that I dress to uphold that title! LOL Last friday, I went to my boyfriend's fight and not only did I want to look hot for him but show other expecting moms there is no problem being sexy, pregnant, and staying on a budget of course. So I rocked my tribal print peplum dress that I had been dying to sport but I was afraid I was to pregnant to wear it. Like always I got over my fears and dressed up how I felt best, not to mention I scored this dress for only $12.99 at Forman Mills. People constantly judge Forman Mills but I always find whatever is trending at the best price.

I decided to pair this mini dress with my thigh high boots because it was chilly that night (Michigan weather changes like the wind) and I didn't want to expose my legs considering how short my dress was. I purchased my boots from Bakers before all of there stores went out of business in Michigan. My boots were originally priced at $200 but was on sale for $80, yes I won! I believe there is always room for a pop of color so I tossed on my fav red blazer that was thrifted for $6 to complete my look and stay warm.

While I was at the fight my family could not believe what I was wearing and someone even stated I played it too close with my thigh high boots, but I felt sexy and comfortable. If you are pregnant it could be hard finding something that is comfortable and appealing but once you've found that right outfit stick to it. People will judge you if you are a hot mama or if you look like a miserable preggo regardless so do whats best for you.
